Osteopathy is a particularly effective method of manual treatment for painful muscular, skeletal and other disorders. It comprises gentle soft tissue and joint manipulations. The object is to improve mobility and balance tissue tone throughout the body by seeking and reducing areas of physical tension and restricted movement.
